Harbor Home Watch LLC will perform a thorough combined interior and exterior of your home as soon as road travel permits after a serve storm occurrence.

24 Hour Emergency

This service is provided at no additional charge from 8:00 o’clock a.m. to 8:00 o’clock p.m.
After hours rate is $50.00 per hour

*May be subject to a different rate depending on location of home.

Backflow Testing

Backflow Testing Services

South Carolina requires all Backflow Systems whether attached to a residential property or a commercial property to be tested once a year. When your notice comes in from your water provider, simply give us a call and we will take care of your test and paperwork.

Testing generally cost between $35-$40 (Prices vary by the type of device and location).

Additional Services

Contractor/Maintenance
This service is for home improvements, repair services oversight, meeting a contractor at the home. $30.00 per hour.

Concierge Services
This service is for pickup/delivery of groceries, home materials, boat hauling, errands, gift services, home opening, home closing to list a few.

Backflow Testing
Call for a quote, generally a home irrigation Pressure Value Breaker Backflow runs $35-40 for a test, including handling all paper work for the Water Department.
